Is STEM Schooling accredited?
STEM Schooling teaches a curriculum aligned to UK academic standards and prepares students for Cambridge and Edexcel O-Level and IGCSE syllabuses. We are not an exam board or accreditation body ourselves — official O-Level/IGCSE exams are sat through an approved external examination centre, which our academic team helps families arrange.
What ages or grades do you teach?
We teach Grade 1 through to O-Level/IGCSE level, roughly ages 5 to 16, organised into four progressive stages. See our Curriculum page for the full breakdown.
Are classes live, or pre-recorded videos?
Both — core lessons are taught live by a teacher on a fixed weekly timetable, supplemented by self-paced worksheets, labs and projects that students work through independently between live sessions.
Where are your teachers based?
STEM Schooling is UK-headquartered, and our curriculum, standards and admissions are set and managed from the UK. Our teaching team is international, including educators based in Pakistan, all trained and coached in our live-teaching model to the same standard.
What technology do we need at home?
A computer or tablet with a webcam and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space for live classes. No specialist software or equipment is required.
How much does it cost?

Can my child join partway through the year?
Yes. We run a short placement check-in for every new student so we can slot them into the right stage and catch them up on anything they’ve missed.
How do you track and report progress?
Students complete regular assessments, and parents receive periodic progress reports covering academic performance and areas to focus on at home.
Is this legally recognised as homeschooling where I live?
Home education rules vary by country and even by region, so it’s ultimately down to parents or guardians to confirm they’re meeting any local legal requirements. We’re happy to provide attendance records, progress reports, or other documentation your local authority may ask for.
